It requires that each worker takes proper care for themselves and watches out for the safety of their co-workers so that all are protected and injury free.

Our crews accept the responsibility for their own and others’ safety. They train in the proper and safe way to handle the tools they use every day. As such, every worker has an active participation in the well-being of the entire group. New members are trained in the correct use of tools and materials, and are reinforced once they get on a site by their fellow co-workers. Additional specialized training is done periodically, not only to support the previous training, but to teach new methods and technologies in the field of safety as they advance.
